It's a uniform. We can wear purple, gold or white. It's LSU..... I don't blame OSU. Wearing all black in Sept. in south Louisiana is a bad idea. Was the defensive back that died in the car accident a first team player for the Beavers?
I don't care what color we wear either, but I love the fact that they are trying to play mind games with us.
I heard they have a couple of players from the Opelousas area and a Tulane transfer. Those guys were probably saying, "Hey coach. Think we can wear something other than black? We are gonna die out there during warm ups." I may be wrong, but I thought that the rule change a couple of years ago gave the home team the outright option to wear white. Spurrier was bucking the proposed rule change, and after the dust settled, I thought it went in our favor. As for mind games, I think it is more in their head than ours. If they think that forcing us to wear something other than white at home will be a strategic disadvantage for us, they got another thing coming. Darth Visor played that game with us a few years back. Its been played out.
