Bama seemingly not able to move the ball whatsoever. A key defender goes down for LSU.

Bama goes right after the replacement player. 7 points.

    LaSalleAve when in doubt, mumble

Or Minter in the Swamp in 2012.

Except they didn't score on the drive that Beckwith missed. Their kicker clanked the field goal try.o_O

Don't you like when people change the facts to fit their theories?????

Both are technically right. Welter was in for two series.

    They scored a TD .

I remember because on that drive, Sims had a long run up the middle.

You get the point that once Welter is in the game, they ran the ball right at him.

They picked up a first down on 3rd and 18 that play. That would not have happened with Beckwith in the game.

On a related note, now that Beckwith is helping substantially with our run defense, does this make Arkansas less of a threat? (I just checked weather.com again, and Fayetteville weather on Saturday night calls for snow showers and a 27 degree low. But that's much better than an ice storm, actually.)

Nope your wrong. Beckwith returned on the third play of the dive that they scored the touchdown on. It was the drive that started at their 49 after Kheen shanked another punt. They hadn't even picked up their first first down before Beckwith returned. The long run and the 3rd and 18 play Beckwith was in for. Not that I am arging that Beckwith isnt a definite improvment over Welter just stating the facts.

False, Sims busted a 13 yard gain with welter followed by a Henry cutback through Welters lane. Beckwith didn't come back in until Bama was deep in the redzone.

Ok man I whatever you say. I watched the replay this morning. They hadnt crossed our forty yet and it was the third play of the drive. Maybe you were watching a different game?
