Beckwith's hit was every bit as vicous as any hit given by a tiger that night, and he torpedo launched himself into that qb from a couple of yards away. The qb was under pressure the rolled out to his left and I thought he was going to throw the ball away, then I said Holy Sh*t, about a half second later.
When you watch it again, he notices Beckwith, looks away, and then looks over again- and is hit immediately. He didn't expect the closing speed of BigB one bit.
