    Ironic that you mention Pistol. As a fan, I appreciate what Martin did, but my attitude about showboat dunking is colored by the fact that potentially one of the greatest LSU players of all time, Randy Livingston, ruined his career before it ever started by tearing an ACL in a meaningless high school dunk contest.

    As for Pistol, I was going to respond,"but he never did anything that would potentially get himself hurt." Then I remembered, the knee injury that ultimately shortened his NBA career happened when he attempted a hot dog between the legs pass on a fast break.

    I was at that game, Damn!!!!!!!!

    Jones was actually upset that Martin did that between the legs jam, but he did appreciate how it effected the game.
