1. I think that only occurs twice (possibly 3 times if they reschedule the NT game when they are thinking of doing it)
  2. Now there's a twist I hadn't thought of. Don't want Aints karma rubbing off on LSU!!!
  3. They're able to get the Superdome ready in time for Saints games the day after a Tulane game. I know I know, Tulane doesn't draw nearly as much of a crowd, but they are still able to get the job done.

I think the biggest issue would be damage to the field.
  4. Exactly! And believe me it would! Aaron Brooks would start trying telling our players how they don't need to try hard since they are not being paid and Joe Horn would teach them end zone dances with cell phones. It would be bad... really bad.

JUST SAY NO TO THE AINTS IN TIGER STADIUM!
  5. How about letting the Saints in on Sundays that the Tigers are away or off?
  6. Tulane doesn't even play in the dome anymore, they draw so few people.
  7. I would think that artificial turf is easier to fix than regrowing grass, but I'm no landscape architect.
  8. Roy-

This is one of the many reasons why (thanks Red!)

  9. This statement is merely a disingenuous fraud put out by Benson.

By claiming his preference for Baton Rouge, Benson is covering his back, as his real intention is a move to San Antonio. Everyone knows it will be impossible for the Saints to play a full home schedule in Tiger Stadium. It is only feasible on LSU's open date/Saints home dates, when there would no Saturday/Sunday play on the same weekend. It would be difficult from an operational perspective to hold 3 "home games" in one stadium, and the remaining "home games" somewhere else.

By announcing his wish for something he knows won't likely happen, Benson can then feel free to say he was forced into heading for San Antonio.

Wake up Louisiana, don't be so gullible.
  10. Benson's being sneaky??? Nah!!!!
