You guys are killing me. I'm a Gator obviously, but lived in BR and NO the last 14 years. I'm now in the remote West Texas desert and have two choices of delicacies here, mexican food and steaks. Both are the best I have ever had but get old real fast. I miss Boudin, especially Shrimp and Crawfish Boudin. I will be gorging myself in 2 months. Crawfish Bisque, Boudin Balls, Crabmeat au Gratin, Alligator Sausage, god I can't wait... SoLa, You're right, you would never see this thread on another SEC board but this Gator knows all about Cajun food.

Ray's is the best Boudin & Cracklins on the planet ... if you haven't tried them ... it's your loss No more FB posts since Saban left ... but that boudin is another story. There can be only 1 ... The Best ... All others are pretenders ... Billy's Spicy Boudin found at Ray's in Opelousas ... Rules all!!! That's all I got to say about that ...
