    mandas makes boudin and it is hideous, nasty, awful..... i am not a huge fan of their sausage but it is popular.

    no really thats not why i don't care that much for it... hell i am an lsu sports fan myself. i don't care that much for manda's becasue it just isn't all that good, it's ok bu that about it..in my opinion :wink:

    I thought about this thread when I bought a link of boudin from a Chevron station near St Gabriel today. YUCK!!!!

    no doubt they had that nasty ass leblanc's boudin thats pushed at alot of chain c-stores,,,,,,

    I sure wish they sold boudin and cracklins in tiger stadium :thumb:

    REAL Boudin Review Added

    Too bad you can't remember the name of all the places you claim to have "tested" "a couple of months back." It doesn't do anyone a whole lotta good if we're just supposed to rely on your not-so-good memory.:dis: Why don't you take notes the next time you perform one of these so-called "tests?"

    Instead, I would like to point out that www.boudinlink.com has recenlty added another comprehensive and permanent review (Sunset Specialty Meats) to its ever expanding list of boudin in South Louisiana. In addition to expert reviews on the boudin, the site includes maps on how to get to the locations and photos of the establishments and the boudin itself. Now that is useful stuff!!!

    Don't be a hater. Let's all work together to more fully understand the different links and link sellers that populate this great state of ours.
