Try seasoning you hamburger meat with a pack of lowrys chili seasoning. It's just right. That's how I do my venison burgers
I was at my brother's house the other day when my nephew got off of work. He works at Mason's Grill on Old Jefferson Hwy. He had a hamburger he got at work and didn't want it so he gave it to me. Great burger. Very close to being among the best ever.
I just had a little Mooyah iceberger (lettuce "bun," instead of bread) with blue cheese. Awesomeness.
Love the Garlic fries at BurgerSmith too..... Bueche's on False River= very good burger and maybe the best onion rings I've ever had.
