When they first opened Backyard Burger I thought it would be like a burger you grill in your back yard but it turned out to be just another fast food burger

Average to you. Great to me. It's my favorite Burger place in BR. Love me some BS. Different strokes for different folks.

Riverside Patty in the Industiplex area on Cloverland off Seigan, Raul's on Highland Rd by LSU, Louie's on State Street, George's on Perkins Rd (a lot better than the George's on Highland) Sammy's on Highland, Mason's Grill 13556 Jefferson Highway. I have heard good things about Burgersmith but I haven't been there yet.

Interesting that you would say you thought it was ok, then in your next post say you haven't been there yet. Huh?

No worries. See Red's post in this thread (232). But, I agree with Red, average burger. It's really hard to make a truly outstanding burger, even at home. I'm talking about a memorable burger. Or maybe all of the ones I make at home are remarkable, so by default they are average?
