Ya' never know where you are going to find a superior burger. It pays to explore.

I'm not sure if this qualifies as a burger or a Mexican Sloppy Joe (or Sloppy Jose)
Recently I made some tacos. I cooked the meat down and added onions, tomatoes, garlic, chopped pieces of jalapeno, Pace Pecante Sauce and a packet of taco seasoning. When I ran out of taco shells I still had some of the meat filling left so I would put some grated cheddar cheese on it and heat it in the microwave. Then spread the taco meat on a bun. Really good

Make taco burgers. They serve them in the southwest. It's like a cheeseburger but with taco beef instead of a patty and salsa instead of mustard and mayo.

I ate a pretty tasty one today at Chili's in Alexandria. Not sure if it was 8 dollars good but was good.

Chili's has a very under appreciated burger! Love the Mushroom and Swiss.

There is no reason in the world that a great burger can't be made that would sell for under $6 with fries and the restaurant would still make a profit. Fuck the $9 and $10 hamburgers! The other day I went to a Another Broken Egg for the first time for breakfast because they just opened one near me and I wanted to check it out. Two pancakes and a glass of OJ - $10 + tip. And they had a bunch of different burgers on the menu all for at least $9. And a lot of expensive omelets. I won't be going back even though the pancakes were good. How much does it cost for the ingredients for two pancakes?
