    BengalB, I voted for Clapton, but I just have to know...how in the world
    can you put Billy Gibbons on your list ahead of any of the aforementioned (i.e., B.B. King, Carlos Santana, etc.), not to mention the late, great George Harrison?

    Hey dude, I just thought up the poll on the spur of the moment. There are a lot of great guitarists in the world and I didn't sit down and try to think of all of them. I was listening to ZZ Top when I made the poll.

    Alex crossed my mind too, but he's kind of overshadowed by Geddy Lee's bass playing. Now, Neil Peart is hands down the greatest drummer I've ever
    seen.
