Best National Title game you ever watched?

I would have to say... the 2003 ROSE BOWL **ducks head as bottles are hurled**, that was just a joke. '95 Nebraska championship game.

 

I was a little too young to fully appreciate the 1983 Miami/Nebraska Orange Bowl, but that one was exciting.

I give the #1 nod to Ohio St/Miami, and not just because it went to OT.

It's a damn shame such a good, hard-fought, well-played game will be forever marred by a poor call by the back judge. I'm no fan of the U, but they wuz robbed on that "interference" call.

 

I liked Miami then. They were real unknowns. Great game from a team everyone thought had no business there. Hate the canes now.

I thought the UGA/ND Sugar Bowl of 1980 was quite good too....21-14 I think was the final

 

The 99' Sugar. Vick's comeback against the Noles. It was pretty much Vick against the world that game, and he nearly pulled it off.
