Bush may never get the carries JV gets but that doesn't mean he is extremely talented. And you can look for him to catch about 50 passes this year also.

Behind what line ... the USC OL ... and against what competition :hihi:

    Bush can't hold JV's jockstrap

yes he can and hes going against the same crap competition again so his numbers will be inflated getting most of the carries and a ton of catches.

From what I saw of Reggie Bush last night, I'm guessing his future is as a
wide receiver. He didn't impress me carrying the football at all.

JV could get 1600 rushing yards or more. if he is healthy all year.

Hmmm, not too likely. Even if he's healthy all year, he's got a stable of RBs behind him (i.e., Broussard, Addai, etc.) that have to get their carries, too. I don't think 1200 yards is out of the realm of possibility, though.

We had a lot of company and I really wasn't able to pay that much attention. I do remember seeing Bush running right by a corner for a passing td. That corner messed up big time. The same corner busted his butt alot too. Then I saw Bush being covered by a linebacker, who tripped and fell?? Is this not correct? All I have to say is, "Wait until you try out that LSU secondary dude." And with all the trouble usc had covering the VT receivers-----even the OLE MISS receivers would run them ragged. :thumb:

i think JV will get around 1400 yards and about 16 tds this year if he stays healthy

c'mon guys. every analyst wants to praise the rb that will be the next great pro back. they dont care so much who is a great college player. its nothing against lsu that bush gets more love than vincent. we'll have players hyped like that regularly with our recruiting classes. face it though, vincent has very little chance of being a great pro back. he's just not fast enough or strong enough. bush might end up a bust, but he may be the next oj.
