Maybe what we need is to start a freshman to spark the running game just as we did in 2003, granted JV only played because everyone else was injured. AB and JV now are playing like they are still injured. I say we need to at least average 175 rush yards/game to have a balanced attack. In 03-04 we averaged around 200 yards/game which is very good. We have a better passing game now so i can understand if we dont' average a lot but we really need a stand out Running back that we can consistently start and give 20+ carries to.

The play of Steltz has impressed and surprised me. He is developing in a Jack Hunt like manner.

Steltz always looks out of position and slow.....as in trailing the play, to me.

I guess those four interceptions were all flukes. The guy is terrible.
