Yes, the name calling goes back and forth....what should be bothersome here IMO, is the underlying arrogance. He's risen above it and clearly his wife thinks they have too. The Clintons have either little or no respect for the South, for Catholics, for millenials (there's one thing we agree on), for gun owners, for the military, for people who support life. And yet, their supporters say Trump can't understand the plight of the common man. The Clintons may have been born common but when you have billionaires whose entire careers have been based on public service, there is something very wrong. This is truth. It should scare people but it doesn't seem to. We are a blaming society, hell bent on making sure we get the person(s) responsible for every wrong doing. When we don't want to accept responsibility, the buck gets passed to the white dude. Nobody is standing up for y'all. It's open season hunting on white men.
