As I understand that is the GOVERNOR'S duty to deploy the national guard, regardless of which political party you belong to: LINK: Waiting for a Leader The most ridiculous thing that I saw today was FEMA Director Mike Brown's interview with Paula Zahn on CNN. When Zahn asked Brown about the response at the convention center, Brown replied: "We didn't know about the people at the convention center until today!" I thought that Paula was going to bust an artery. Does anyone at FEMA watch the news?? I saw several reporters mention the terrible conditions at the CC yesterday. Who tells people to go to the CC when no one knows they will be there?
