My wife doesn't like most flavors. She doesn't like chocolate so that means most flavors are safe.

I really don't have a sweet tooth and when I eat ice cream it won't be much. And I'm with Kyle, ice cream is pretty much all the same to me.

I'm disappointed in you. Aren't you a chef? There are hundreds of ways to make etoufe. There are McDonald's hamburgers and there are great hamburgers. Would you say a bottle of 20 year old single malt is "just scotch?"

Bluebell is a regional product so it hasn't created the furor that the introduction of New Coke did in 1985. If anybody remembers people were very mad about it and feared that we couldn't get real Coke when it was gone. I bought 20 cases of real Coke and I knew it wouldn't last forever.

Bill Cosby was the spokesman for Coca Cola at the time. That's when I first doubted his integrity because he lied and said "New Coke tastes Better."

See Red's answer. Pretty much sums it up. I just don't eat much sweets.

That's more of a convenience thing. Jar roux works fine for what I cook. I ain't trying to match Emeril or your Maw Maw.
