    Re: Looking good for RP

    Ok, my mistake.

No, I wasn't aware of Bobby's name. I've seen him on Fox Sports before, but didn't know his name. This is actually the first year I actually followed recruiting this closely.

Brady should have told Bennett he could start for us next year. After all he wont be here to start him. He could have went out of LSU with some respect. Not for his coaching, but for his recruiting of Bennett.

Heck, Miles should have gotten Brady involved, not take any chances with Brady's recruiting lists. Saban got the LSU track coaches hot on the trail of XC last year. If Bennett isn't a prime BB recruit than I can see why Brady was going after him. Now, if he probably would have gone to see him if he knew he was going to get an able bodied big amn that wouldn't cost him a schollie.

To involve John Brady in any aspect of the LSU Athletic Department any more than he presently is would be pure idiocy on anyone's part...

If this is true, I can only imagine Miles blasted off into orbit last night. Who wouldn't want another Julius Peppers or Marcus Spears? Unbelievable. I happen to think we got a quality TE in Kyle Anderson and Keith Zinger isn't half bad either.

Believe me, Bennett is a serious disappointment. A TE who can play basketball. Talk about agility. Hard to find that kinda combo in a TE.

    Yeah, real hard...Julius Peppers...Marcus Spears...Bennett...Freeney...Tony Gnozales...Robert Royal...

That's two we've had in the last 3 years alone...Not to mention the others...

Tight Ends are usually tight ends because they are agile...Not because they are not agile...
