Lol! I was scratching my head trying to figure out how a French press (for coffee) would change my life with boudin.

Man I made a stop in Opelousas to try some of Ray's "World Famous Boudin'". I swear it was THE worst I've ever tasted. Well, actually it was more a matter of not having ANY taste than having a bad one. Could not believe anyone would find that one tasty.

Bhelm I lived in Baton rouge for 8 years then moved back to opelousas....Jerry lee's is good, but there are about 4 places around home...(opelousas,carencro,scott,laf) that have some places that have the best boudin...(krotz springs) also!!

Rays is Horrible....but you got the wrong boudin...they also sell Billy's boudin...that is the good one! I do agree with you though ray's is horrible! They have a smoked boudin that is very good. If you like boudin go to Billy's in krotz springs.....they sell a boudin ball with peper chees in it.....man you talk about the bomb!!

When you eat boudin, do you suck the filling out or do you bite it?
