Stoops like every year just needs his mouth shut for him and that happened. I wish it would have been South Carolina or some other team that shut it for him instead of Clemson, but all in all this past season, really the only bad team was Vandy, and Florida is just going through a phase, but still made a bowl game. Tennessee is decent, Kentucky was decent compared to their past (irony), USCe decent, and then Georgia and Missouri were the cream of the crop in the East, they weren't great but both I feel were good teams. Then you have the West which alone is the greatest conference in the history of college football. The 2 bottom teams were Arkansas and A&M and they could have finished at the top if a few things went their way. Auburn is good, LSU if they could ever find an answer at quarterback, the Mississippi's are back (however I fear State is a one and done team) and we all know the dominance of Alabama since Saban started his run in 09. I think it's also funny that all those coaches in the big 12 were on the commercial bragging about 1 true champion (which was a shot at the SEC, I don't care what anyone says) and they end up sitting at home because Baylor and TCU couldn't separate from one another. I enjoy watching the Big 12, but I don't enjoy their inferiority complex. At least the PAC 12 and Big 10 don't go out looking to start shit, they just play football.
Agreed on all but you can't tell me you didn't enjoy that asswhipping Okie handed the Gumps last bowl season...
That was the excuse being made for Big Game Bob and the Sooners while I was watching Arkansas emasculate Texas.
Had the Tigers with the most confidence points as well...I'll have to look at the spread sheet to see if that one put me out of the running...
