Watching the Armed Forces bowl I notice how many Army players have tattoos all over their arms. How times have changed. Just a few years ago enlisted couldn’t have a tattoo that couldn’t be covered. I know a few young guys who wanted to re-enlist but couldn’t.
No comment on the phenomenon just observing.
