Well after day one, I'm 11-5. The two that really screwed me are LSU and Bama. Damn SEC. Oh I just lost NCST.

Wow, if you don't have the Florida game on, turn it on. UF was up by about 20 10 minutes ago it is now tied at 60.

Pretty obvious who the best Louisiana team is.

They'd have CRUSHED LSU they way they played last night. (but then again, so would have me and 6 random people that i picked out the stands)

Great game man i have to give props to ok st i think a lesser team would have buckled to SLU pressure.

And I have to give it to SLU, what a job. . .

All these games are so close. Makes one wonder if we're going to end up with 3 seeds lower than a 5 in the final four, or if the big boys will rise up in the next two rounds.

Seems like every year the no. 1 and no. 2 seeds win the first game like 110-56 or something. Has parity finally arrived?

I'm currently 16-4 on my money bracket.......you knuckleheads cost me the lead yesterday with that miserable performance against the Blazers. I also made the mistake of picking bama in the first round even though my heart said "they suck."...... anyway, I'm batting 1000 today thus far. New New Mex to take down 'Nova and I'll be good-to-go. :thumb:

I feel it has cause what is happening is the BIG schools are going out and getting the best players in the nation and they only stay for a couple of years, were as a team like SLU gets players who aren't the best in the land and are move willing to stick with a team and coach and play for 4 years. That and the influx of high school players going straight to the pros is taken talent away from those big schools. I think this is the begining of some great tournys in the next few years, and i predict before long we will see a number 16 knock off a number 1. Imagaine if SLU would have got the 16 seed and would have played Washington yesterday. from what i saw at both games SLU would have won that one i believe.

It has come to pass in the NFL too maybe soon we will see it in the MLB also. That would make for a great summer if that was the case.

Nova looking good, crushing the Lobos....they'll easily handle UF with their defensive play.
