saw vgood play a couple weeks ago. he looks real good, but i dont think he'll be ready next year. what im impressed by is his decision making. knows when to pull up and shoot and when to pass. most other things are really hard to tell because his competition is at a relatively low level.

next year a hole will be left by hud. i rag on him a lot because he could be better, but we need someone to guard opponents scorers---specifically tall 2s. im guessing tasmin isnt quick enough for that. anyone else gonna be able to fill that role?

Let's not forget that we lose Cool Whip, who is also a senior. DMitch will be a senior and start at the 2 position. Tasmin, if not going to the NBA will start at the 3 position. Voogd will probably come off of the bench to spell Minor initially.

 

i thought ive read in some articles about him that he was planning on working on his ball handling and outside game because he's been forced to play 4 or 5 so far in school. i sure hope he takes to the 3 well. i dont want us to have another vernel singleton.

 

Look son I see you only have 13 post so you need to pipe down or hang out on the roundtable and increase your # of post and read a few more b/4 you start commenting on things and members you know nothing about. I think everyone here agrees that a white boy can add tremendous assets to the team. #1 the FT% will go up #2 3pt% will go up #3team unity #4 A WB can calm down the other fellows on the team and that can cut down on turnovers and technical’s.
