It's nice to see the team winning, especially in conference play. I question whether this is just one of those good streaks or whether Brady really has the Tigers on track. Only time will tell. I do know that he benefits from playing at a football school in a football state. Were he coaching anywhere in Kentucky, Philly or Los Angeles, he'd be gone. Regardless, he is winning and doing so with young players. Congrats to him and I sincerely hope that he keeps it up...
I can remember him coming out to the line to get into the student section to shake hands before the LSU-UK game back in the 99-00 season. Heck, he even convinced the marshalls to let the students in early (before the arbitrary 2 hour deadline) because it was so cold outside. Did anyone see Pearl before the UF-UT game? "We're gonna kick Florida's ass!!"
This is for you Sabanfan.... This kind of looks like Mack Brown lobbying for votes last season. It helped Texas, so this might help Brady coach here next season.
The football Tigers won 10 in a row between the Tennessee loss and the SECCG. Was that just one of those good streaks or did Miles really have them on track?
When I was at LSU Brady took the teams to the dorms before the season started to meet the students and sign autographs and what not. I thought that was pretty cool. This team has come along way since they were posting walk-on try out fliers up around campus in 00-01.
In a couple of seasons we'll know. Brady has some history, Miles does not. Try using a better subject for a measuring stick like Smoke.
Just pointing out that your statement made no sense. If they are on a winning streak, you have to credit coaches and players. You cannot later attribute it to one or the other.
Really? Ever hear of hindsight? Just because it's beyond your comprehension doesn't mean that it doesn't make sense...
