how is D-Mitch's stats more impressive than Glen Davis? They average the same points basically, and Baby leads the SEC in boards... I do agree D-Mitch is more valuable b/c of our shortage of guards though...
I think Big Baby draws more attention from opposing teams. D Mitchell is awesome, but that big body in the middle is quite a disruptive force. Damn, we've got some players!

points and boards for davis and points and assists for dmitch are a wash. dmitch fewer turnovers, great ft%, great fg% (thats something for a guard), lots of steals. you could also argue that dmitch is better defensively, but hard to find stats to show it.
i said if they look at the stats. i meant not just ppg. i wouldnt be surprised if there were statistically better players on top teams than redick and morrison--if all the stats are looked at. but theyll give it to the flashiest guy on a top team.
