Get off Brady's back his team is doing the best it can and that is winning. Ya they lost some early non-conference games to teams they were better than but there a better team now because of those loses. Those loses obvisouly aren't hurting there RPI & SOS to much. This team will be in the "Big Dance" come March and if there not I'll eat crow.
Heck, I pulled for Hudson Hallman. I would have been thrilled if Curley had won a National Title! Likewise, I could care less how Saban does next year. I think the 5-2 SEC record accurately reflects the situation, close wins and blow out loses to the elite of the league. Our overall talent isn't up with UK, Bama, Florida, or a healthy State team. Loses to inferiors Southern Miss and Houston do not help. Toss in the continuing successes of the other major sports for men and women and Brady's .600 record looks lame. The Lloreda disaster capping last season left a bad taste in everyone's mouth. If LSU wins in Knoxville tonight, and there isn't a reason why we shouldn't, there is very good chance of a 1st place tie with Bama going into the Auburn game. It's the PR right now that is lacking. Why not make it a package deal for the remaining women's Tennessee game ticket? If you want to go Thursday, you're going to have to buy a ticket Wednesday.
For some to constantly hammer away at Brady while he has won 6 of the last 7 games speaks volume about the type of fan they are. It sounds like they are really disappointed that we are winning. It's truly sad! Most here know my feelings about Brady, so no need to rehash them. Should this team falter down the stretch, then by all means, blast away at Brady. But until then, do what fans do while winning ... congratulate the team (and yes, even the coach!) and encourage them to continue their winning ways.
