LSU has never had a legit top 25 men's basketball team, not even in the so called "glory days" of Dale Brown. Dale Brown was a very average coach with very average teams, excepting the 1981 team. You are kidding yourself if you think LSU ever had a great or even good basketball program. We have always been average.
