It made the news in North Texas. We had some crazy storms, too. I ended up with 5 teenaged girls at my house because they were having dinner nearby, but I didn't want them trying to drive home in a flash flood.

I just told the moms that we'd have had an impromptu sleepover if the weather stayed bad too late. My daughter called from the Baskin Robbins near our house that the door had just blown open, and none of her friends, including her, felt comfortable driving home in that.

I was with a couple of other moms at a nearby restaurant, so we picked them up and went to my house.
