the advocate said only 12 of 30 2nd rd picks last year made the roster. maybe they were mostly in the first half of the round. all things being equal, i'd think teams will go with the rookie to save money. i didnt expect the hornets gm to come out and say bass needs to work on low post. no mention of ball handling and shooting.
