Just to clear a few things up in this thread. Technically both knees have been hurt at times during the year.

This picture is of his right leg. This is the one that he had a huge brace on in the UGA game and was favoring considerably. It has been causing problems since it was hit during the Ole Miss game and ruptured something. This is what caused so many problems against UGA.

The left one, which was hurt against LSU has been healing better than the other one. Regardless, both of his knees have been bothering him all year and have been causing pain.

As Cox is a lefty, his right knee (pictured, hurt against Ole Miss and UGA) is not his plant leg, but his follow through leg. His left knee (hurt against LSU) is his plant leg. He was initially having problems with his throwing power bc of his plant leg, but at the end of the year was having problems with the ball sailing on him because he could not follow through witht he throwing motion, causing high passes.

Thanks for the details. I know he has been hurting most of the season, and continued hits have prevented him from getting well. That, and having to play almost every snap doesn't give him much chance to get better. Then again, that is football.
