Sources are reporting that in the Monday editions of Variety, Hollywood Reporter and the Wall Street Journal that Warner Brothers Studios is filing a multi million dollar defamation suit against the Athletic Department. Apparently, WB is claiming that Les Miles, with his consistent end of game mind slips, inept time management, incoherent quotes and babbly post game inteviews is infringing upon the copyright of WB's Elmer Fudd character. WB feels that the moniker applying to Coach Les Miles, "Les Fudd or Elmer Miles" is a negative protrayal of it's own dimwit WB character and in the complaint argues that Elmer Fudd can tell time, count to 10 and know not to spike a ball with 1 second left on the clock.
