1. The woman sounds credible. Not smart since her daughter was there and her first instinct is to film but she seems calm and composed. The officer is clearly rattled. Probably realizes he phucked up.

NOW, this may be "justifiable" but "wrong." She says the cop asked him to show id and registration. As he reaches for it, he tells the cop he has a permit and is carrying. I know in Louisiana, when an officer has a LEGAL right to stop you, there is a "duty to inform" the officer if you have a permit and that you're carrying IF you are. That means if it is on your person. If you have it in the glove box you don't have to cause anyone can have one in their vehicle.
I did a quick search and read where there is no duty to inform in Minnesota. If that's still so, the victim went above and beyond what he had to. Btw, he was a public school employee and he did die.

Shooter is asian. That may help some as far as BLM riots.

  3. You da man! Be prepared to explain to COTiger why the steering wheel is on the wrong side.
  4. I don't know, man. She's a cold bitch. If my man gets shot and he's dying....I'm putting down the phone and giving comfort and/or aid. I'm telling him I love him and we'll pray together. Cell phone video? Just...no.

  5. you can do a mirrored view when recording. I assume thats what happened here.

the most telling thing is the calmness of the chick watching her bf die. she has to be baked like a mf. The cop is freaking out and sounds guilty in his panic. I dont know. this one feels a lot different. Pulled over for a busted tail light. He works as a teacher I think and has a registered ccw permit.

The big contradictory thing here besides her saying he was shot 4 times then 3 then 5 or 6 (understandable) is she said he told him to get his id and thats when he reached. At the end she said he told him to put his hands up and he did.
  6. New day, new age, shit just isn't the same anymore
  7. Then you would've died too. Cop clearly tells her to keep her hands where they are. The officer was just in fear enough to cap her man, you think he's composed enough to stop from letting a few more go?

But I did say her choice to go facebook was weak, in my opinion. Maybe that was security for her, letting everyone see. Maybe it made her feel like she wasn't alone. Sorta weird but I'm only speculating.
  8. That's what I'm saying. She's not acting in a "normal" way under the circumstances.

Could be. I think you hit it....this cop got too anxious. Probably shouldn't have been a cop.
