    I may of believed that had not the LSU administration not had all the information about all the jobs he was looking into. Kiffin was here 2 times the week he took the FAU job and from what I heard was open and honest and didn't have any red flags come up. LSU knew the whole time to be ready.

    He was following Kiffin anywhere including here and we setup a visit in case Kiffin signed with LSU. This kid may have also been at LSU had Jimbo been named HC here. Jimbo can't touch him while employed at FSU.

    I tend to agree. Oeaux had to know from day 1 that Kiffin was a long shot. Could be that OCanada was the plan all along. We don't know what Oeaux told Alleva during the interview that got him the job. Maybe Oeaux never planned on hiring Kiffin at all. If so that's a masterful job of gamesmanship by Oeaux. The offer to the pineapple chucker was a major gaffe, though. It just goes to show you, it's always something.
