A school can suspend any player it wants to without any input from the NCAA. If Meyer were a respectable human being, he would have suspended him. But we all know Meyer's moral character. It's in the dumpster.

The Big10 Conference itself can, too. When 18+ year old young adults create a situation that is dangerous to others/innocent people around them (like ref's trying to stop it) it's a liability. They should have charges pressed on them. That wasn't just a "tussle". There were close to getting ghetto.
