Even though Obama is apparently unaware of it, there is still a Constitution to abide by. The man is innocent until proven guilty.
As much as that is supposed to be the case, at the pace info is coming out on this story public opinion is quickly turning to guilty until proven innocent. At this point he has the unenviable task of burden of proof that he isn't guilty.
you know, i was talking to a buddy of mine about the whole guilty until proven innocent thing in this situation, and i posed a question, and that question was, how much did steroids in baseball and reggie bush play a roll in Cam Newton being considered guilty in the court of public opinion?
