What does tonight mean for us regarding the Sugar? I think it is safe to say the human polls will say USC 1, Tigers 2, OU 3. We all know that we should be higher than USC, but we also all know that the human polls will not jump us over USC for tonights win. If Boise State wins this game do we see USC in the Sugar and kick the hell out of that pathetic Pac 10 team? Gurus?
I meant in the human polls - computers we should be safe if Boise wins which they should. Surely Hawaii can't screw us twice.
If that's how the polls work out, the Big loser will be . . . USC. As it's been well documented, we'll be ahead of USC in the BCS in this scenario because of our SOS will get the bump with the ND/SYR game and hopefull a Boise State win. AND believe it or not, OU still will be ahead of USC as well. They will still predicted to be #1 in the computers, and USC will be third. So if you take the polls and the computer, the both have 4 points. OU pulls ahead of USC becuase of their quality win against TX and the SOS will be higher. THE RESULT. The #1 team in the polls, will not go to the national championship game. How screwed up is that?
We're ahead on SOS ... won 6 or 7 computer polls ... and may turn the AP/ESPN TIDE ... HEY, ESPN POLL GOT ITS' MARCHING ORDERS FROM TREV!
Ramah - Nothings impossible, especially this season, but I would be totally shocked if OU goes to #4. Mich. has two losses, and I can't see a one loss OU falling behind Mich.
