No, but if he would have been swept by the Faggies today it would be OVER! GONE! I'm kidding of course. I really think he has the possibility of ending up being Skip 2.0. It's early in his first season. Building a championship team in any sport is more than assembling a bunch of quality parts, which is the easy part that he has already done. The hard part is making the whole team greater than the sum of the parts. I'm confident he will get us there, we just need that rarest of fan attributes - patience.
I will admit I boarded the Fire Miles Ship right after Alabama made us look like complete fools in New Orleans. However, I was onboard 110% with EO hiring and not sure I will ever forgive him for what he let the program fall too so fast despite a NC. As for baseball, I see little if any pitching depth. I cant believe such a slugger loaded lineup can hit so many balls right at people but yet when the other team does the same they either miss the ball or throw it away. Lastly, was kind of weird seeing JS wearing something other than purple. The good ol days may be just that.
I watched him at TCU from the time he got there. He is the kind of guy that responds to fan email and will call you on the phone. He went through a really bad divorce and thus his comments about a new start somewhere else.
