I'm a Republican, but I don't have anything against Carville--especially as a Tiger fan. He's one of the best where that is concerned; he definitely bleeds purple and gold.

Plus, he's a smart politician, in reality.

on around the horn, tim cawlishaw (the redneck from dallas that always talks about nascar) always wears lsu ties... as a matter of fact, the day after the orange bowl, he picked lsu and usc in the rose...

as long as hes a graduate he can do what he wants. As long as it isnt a mass murderer or something whats the big deal? Just bc he has different opinions than you doesnt change the fact hes a tiger. I wear LSU shirts too. I think its cool he did it. Thats just one more tiger fan to add to the loyal following. Is he from Donaldsonville?

You pay him. He ain't an embarrassment to me. He's one of LSU's most famous and enthusiastic fans. By George, I'll buy him some more LSU gear.

He is not a socialist. You must be a big fan of Joe McCarthy, anybody who you disagree with is a communist. It is you that is annoying.

lots of times we disagree but I have to say, FT is right on the money here. I think LSU would be better represented by Attila the Hun than Carville.

He still is a diehard LSU fan just like most of the people on this forum. I think he's quite a guy and he married a republican. Not to mention he has a town named after his grandfather or whatever. I wouldn't even mind John Kerry so much if he was an LSU fan. Same team FightinTIGER, same team.

Do you really think people will think any less of LSU b/c someone who SOME people disagree with is a fan? Plus, James went to LSU. Half of the people on here didnt. You are just fans b/c your dad was or watever. Check me if I'm wrong, but someone who went to the school is technically more of a Tiger than someone who just knocks him b/c his views differ from his. Not saying that is anyone here b/c I dont know everyones story. Hell, Spike Lee is a knicks fan. Do you think Knicks people are embarassed? Jack Nicholson is a Laker guy. Some people dont like him but do you think they say he should represent his team? Thats stupid. He's one of the most famous LSU alums not sports related. Go ahead James.

Boy you just can respect anything I say. Even when its nothing against you. You always feel it necessary to be rude to me.
