Anyway, it's not like JC is a criminal or something coughlikeBillyCannoncough. He's just a very succesful individual whose views just so happen to be misaligned with about half of the nation. I seriously doubt that people are going to all of a sudden think that LSU is some liberal hotspot now.
You need to REALLY learn to split up sports and politics... or politics and really EVERYTHING hahah I am a pretty decently dedicated Republican, but I do understand that no matter how my Democrat friends feel the country should be run, it don't make them bad people! If Carville is cool enough to wear LSU stuff... Pat him on the back! Cheer with him on Sat nights... hate him on Monday night debates... The one thing that bonds us all, no matter our nationality, race, origin, personality is the purple and gold we bleed! :geauxtige
Hell i think we should all quit our political parties and become Americans.... the politicians keep us at war with ourselves, rather then on their asses.
Best post of the year! Most Republicans would rather see a bad republican win over a good democrat... It really splits things up For 3-4 months after 9/11 we became AMERICANS and it was fantastic! GREAT post...
Good point :thumb: I don't agree with Carville's political views, but I am on the same page with him as a loyal Tiger fan.
Well, I'm a pretty Liberal guy myself, and so I love seing Carville in LSU stuff. I got to see him live when I attended the last taping of Crossfire. I don't cringe everytime I see someone Conservative in LSU gear (and God knows that is often), so I don't see why Conservatives should be so repulsed by a fellow fan who happens to be of a different political shade. Respect, Tigers, respect. ldskule: :usaflagwa :geauxtige
