Sometimes the internet is a great thing, and sometimes its a not so great thing. 20 years ago, nobody outside of Tuscaloosa would have heard about this for a month, and we'd all be happier in our ignorance. It does give you something to think about, doesn't it? Sounds like a minor deal to me, I'll ignore it pretty much, unless jucier details come out later (like I'm trying to ignore saban threads, I just want to wait for the game and discuss that).
The sad thing about this is further discussion very well may bring up race discussions. That, I can't verify for sure...but, I'm hearing it more and more from those surrounding the scene. Case in point, it happens...and not just in Bama. Like I said earlier in this thread...this is all overblown.
Yes the creepy late night posters have begun to crawl out from under the woodwork on tidefans and I have had to delete some colorful remarks. Sometimes I love our fans and sometimes not as much. It is what it is till something more interesting comes along to kick around.
no just you and your predictable, ridiculous, gump drivel. no despite. simply annoying. exactly what i said before i even heard your reply. wash, rinse, repeat. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz of course. we know this too. we know just how you feel.
Yeah, you'd hate to have to let your fellow fans over there voice their opinions and speak their minds. :dis:
From what I'm hearing......he shouldn't have even been arrested. If the stories I'm being told are true, and I was the coach, he'd be dressed out today at practice and no suspension.
If that's true then the coach should back the player and the arresting officers should be disciplined. It's hard to trust both sides in these types of situations. Everybody's protecting their own turf.
True. In the paper this morning it was pretty obvious whos side was wrong. The Police Chief or whomever was speaking was saying their was no alcohol...and um, their was no fighting...but we thought this qualified as disorderly conduct.
