Unfortunately, the rest of our schedule could be day games from here on out! With the exception of W.KY. Oct. 1 KENTUCKY (already sched. 11:20) Oct. 8 FLORIDA (??) Oct. 15 at Tennessee (has a 2:30 written all over it) Oct. 22 AUBURN (CBS- probably 2:30) Nov. 5 at Bama (more than likely a 2:30 kickoff) Nov. 12 W. KY (TigerVision, Night Game) Nov. 19 at Ole Miss (I don't know if Ole MIss plays at night?) Nov. 25 ArKansas (already a day game) So there you go...CBS will pick up the majority of the SEC schedule. And that means 2:30 kickoffs! Maybe we will get lucky with Floriday on ESPN- doubtful.
I personally prefer ESPN when televised since my 'local' cbs/abc/nbc affiliates don't broadcast in HD =S I read somewhere that the Kentucky game won't have an online stream/broadcast =(
I just dont want to listen to Vern & Gary Cause we all know that Patrick Patterson's foot was clearly out of bounds when he caught that "should have been" interception against Alabama in 2009 Patrick WHO???? - Patterson, doesnt he play basketball for Kentucky?? (Rockets Now) Dumbass said it twice!
I could be mistaken, but I am remembering LSU beating an Eli Manning led Ole Miss team in a night game. I think we sacked him on the last play of the game, or there was a bad snap, etc. I remember their artificial turf looking horrible under the lights.
It's been a while but I think what happened was that Lavalais got enough push on Eli's center that he ended up stepping on Mannings foot and he fell over. Odd ending, but we'll take it.
Hmmmm, considering other conversations on the board... Manning's stats and no SEC Championship nor :crystal: for Ole Miss
That game was a 2:30 start, not a night game. That play just happened after dark because it was played in november.
Correct In 2000 it was 8pm 2005 6:45 But all of that is out of the window with the new ESPN contract.
Got ya, figured it was more to with historic trends...very interesting insight there, thanks for the info
