    I know a player on the team and he swears that Flynn is more athletic than Perrilloux which is hard to believe. I can't remember exactly (I was drinking heavily when we were talking...so was he) but I want to say that he said Flynn was faster, too. Again, hard to believe. I guess we'll know soon enough.

    I dont think most think he has lost his cockiness and I for one hope he just toned it down a little. Cockiness can be a huge motivational tool if it can be used carefully.

    i posted the excerpt from the article because it was interesting. i never said that it mattered or meant anything negative. i just wanted to contribute to the forum.

    Im pretty sure that there is nothing RP can do that Flynn cant from what I've seen till now. Both are average QBs, which is fine as long as they play smart and manage the game. Mauck was on a similar level and look what he got us.
    I just hope Flynn, since he is most likely the starter, can get rid of his bad habit of looking on one reciever and taking off. Other than that, I cant wait for next season to begin. New face(s), new pace.:thumb:

    looking at rp's highlights from esj it's hard for me to agree that he's average. i just think he has to really get back on the field and the juices need to start flowing again. he hasn't played real football in 2 years. i think he's gonna end up better than JR.

    I agree with the the fact that RP is above average. So is Flynn. But neither will be a JR. I hope they prove me wrong!

    I agree it will be very hard to be better than JR. One similarity I see b/t JR and RP abilities is that they both dont get too rattled in the pocket and can make some deadly throws when flushed out of the pocket.

    Chase Daniel will never play in a BCS bowl so does it really matter he ran 2 yards faster. Let Mizzou have him.....
