Just a theory- is it possible Les has been told, perhaps by some money folks on South Highland, his stock is dropping and he's got two more years to get it back in gear and Chief, et al, don't have faith their head coach can get his act together particularly with his best buddy as OC, and have decided to seek safer harbors?
