Well obviously he didn't sue them out of the blue. This was a strategy. Chavis was going to eventually be sued anyway so he tried to get the jump to keep it in Texas. I assure you a&m knew about the suit before it was filed.

And that is why aTm didn't officially announce his hiring until the buyout date had passed. Only problem is he was recruiting for A & M in early January wearing A & M geat and traveling on their jet.
Exactly. Just because you don't say you quit, doesn't mean you didn't quit. They're angling for a settlement. I hope we ride them into the ground. In the end, they can pay our attorney's fees too.
