So uhh.... a "friend" of mine tried making chicken and dumplings last night. After calling in support, we'll just call her "Sooner," boiling the chicken, shredding it and dropping in the premade dumplings (yeah yeah) she still felt something was missing. Are chicken and dumplings meant to be brothy or creamy?
