i don't fry mine but just let it simmer in a doctored up nance's hot chicken wing sauce (add tabasco and jalapeno peppers and cayenne pepper and onion, plus some chili and garlic powder).....let it simmer for 2 hours until the meat is falling off the bone.....then make a mess.....goooood. p.s. add in french fries to soak up the sauce and watch your cholesterol pop 230. :grin:
I like wings better if they're fried. They are crispier that way. Grilling them on the pit until the skin is crisp is great too either with barbecue sauce or Buffalo wing sauce.
i won't disagree....the frying seals in the flavor....i'm just lazy.....share your favorite sauce with me....
Basically I just use some Lousiana Hot Sauce or Crystal Hot Sauce and add Tobasco to the desired degree of hotness.
