I remember watching this game live on TV. This was a great game. Back in those days at least where I lived you had to pay for certain football games or the SEC Tournament come to think of it.

I listened to his first or second game on the radio. No TV broadcast. He scored 48 vs LaTech so I'm thinking "Great game but it's LaTech. No way I thought he would continue to perform like that.

His second game was televised, Florida. I don't remember the number but it was over 50.

I love the way he just casually puts up the trifecta like he is warming up for a pickup game.

This would make an interesting subject for the old Sports Science segments ESPN used to do, but I think CJ had the quickest transition from dribble to release of the jump shot ever.

I was at that game in Oxford sitting in the Ole Miss student section rooting for LSU. Shaq and Stanley Roberts were the twin towers. I was working on my Masters. After the game some guy stood up and said “Lady, I gotta shake your hand. You got guts!”
