Explain it Shane, how is the guy who doesn't know if he should hand the ball off or throw it, run left or right, know where his receivers are supposed to be better than the guy who does. Jennings knows the offense Harris doesn't.

I do think he is right now. He doesn't have a stronger arm, but if at this point in time the game was on the line and I had a choice between Jennings or Harris I'm taking Jennings and I don't even have to think about it. Hell Harris would line up under the guard, then hand it off to the defense, and blame the kicker. He doesn't know the offense.
