It's not all about US dollars. Other nations are spending their cash towards the same goal. The goal being to reduce the amount of human-produced carbon into the atmosphere.

2015 has been the hottest year on record since we started keeping them. Nothing to see here. hell I don't even think Louisiana has a winter anymore.
Also the Chinese admitted what I told you guys years ago, they they are burning coal like there is not tomorrow, and they will just tell the world what they want to hear, so it doesn't matter if the us reduce carbon output, China makes up for it.
I have not lived in Louisiana in 15 years and there wasn't a winter then either. Every Christmas Day I played santa Maria golf course for free because it was closed, and it was always warm.
i had something typed and thought i posted it. We grew up wearing shorts at christmas most every year it seemed and last year it stayed colder here than any time i can remember. end of may it was still cold as frick. i remember not having more than a cold front every now and then and that was winter.
No, our carbon output rivals China and the EU, Russia, and India are not far behind. Collectively we can make a big difference, even if China fails to.
