    Why did he volunteer that information to the public? This sort of comment could lead a conspiracy theorist to believe that the idea to say it originated in B'ham. Someone said "Give it to Les, he's crazy enough to say it".

    He's not wrong. Once the playoffs start, the rest of the country may not ever see a national title again.

    Because if the improbable/impossible happens and AU beats Bama, we go to the SECCG. If that were to happen, he would argue that we should go to the NCG.
